UPDATE: Hi friends,
Thank you for your prayers! Carley has made it through surgery – very sore and tired. She still has a very long road to recovery, so please continue to pray. Grateful for all of our family who united together to lift her up in prayer.
‘So she called the name of the Lord who spoke to her, “You are a God of seeing,” for she said, “Truly here I have seen him who looks after me.”‘ [Genesis 16:13]
Would you join us in prayer today for our friend, Carley?
At 9:30 am (4:30 EST) she goes in for an esphoagectomy. It is a high risk surgery, with many difficulties and complications.
In the short amount of time that we’ve been here, Kelly in particular has had the opportunity to develop a strong relationship with Carley. And we believe that as Christians, that it’s the Gospel – not blood and birth – that makes us family. So if you’re a Christian, whether you know or have met Carley she is a part of your family. So please pray for Carley.
